摘要(Abstract)：

在加快构建公共文化服务体系的大背景下,公共图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,如何利用PPP模式加快公共图书馆发展值得探索和深入研究。阐述PPP模式主要内涵和基本分类,并在此基础上,运用案例分析法,总结分析国内外公共图书馆在合作对象、合作内容、合作关系等方面的异同,提出公共图书馆发展PPP模式的建议。
